Check-out: by 10am. Luggage can be left in the management office in most cases. Check-in for this apartment is at 19 Bedford Place, a fifteen minute walk away, or you can instruct your taxi driver to wait for you whilst you collect your keys from here, then drive you on to your apartment.

Rates: Our rates are usually between 10% and 40% lower than you will find offered on other booking sites. Our rates change from month to month but we will always give you the lowest rates possible. Please contact us using the form below, or by phone, so we can give you the lowest rate for your stay. You will also have the protection of the cancellation policy with our rates.
Payment: If checking in within six weeks of the booking being made, then full payment must be made at the time of booking.
If checking in more than six weeks from the date you place the booking, then a 20% payment must be made, with the balance settled six weeks before checking in.
Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
There is no charge for card payments on our usual discounted rates.
Cancellation policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Booking procedure: In order to provide the lowest rate available, we do not use an instant booking system, as this would increase the cost of your booking considerably. Please use the booking form at the bottom of the page, or call for availability.
Minimum stay: One night.
Longer stays: If you are staying for a month or more, please feel free to ask us if we can provide you with an even lower rate.
Group bookings: We are able to accommodatate large groups. Please enquire to see how we can best serve your requirements.
